Coaching
The successful integration of leaders we place is
critical to our mutual success. For this reason, we foster a
robust, ongoing dialogue with every hire and hiring
executive, providing both formal and informal coaching
throughout the first year of employment. In essence, this
service is bundled with our executive search practice and
provided at no additional cost to our clients.
Other formal coaching
programs, such as those offered on a broader scale to
address developmental or retention needs are created and
delivered in conjunction with the clients’ overall
requirements and needs. These services can be provided
directly by Diversitas, or through an alliance partner of
our firm.
